Casa Lukalalo

Casa Lukalalo is a Spanish holiday villa with private pool, located in the countryside outside the village of Finestrat. This holiday home has a phenomenal view on the mountains and its location near Alicante makes it the perfect base for a holiday in Spain. This holiday home is also perfectly located for people who enjoy peace and quiet, walking, cycling or golfing. The house underwent a thorough renovation in the spring of 2022. The furniture was almost completely renewed so you can enjoy among others brand new beds with top-mattresses, seats and appliances.  Also the kitchen, BBQ terrace and 3 of the 5 bathrooms were completely renewed!

 

​The house is be furnished 'Ibiza style' with many natural materials and consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, spacious living room and several terraces on which you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings, including a rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the area. and sea. Next to the pool there is also a spacious terrace, a BBQ and outdoor bar from where you have a breathtaking view of the Puig Campana mountain (1410 meters high). Internet is available with wifi and the TV is equipped with Chromecast and Apple TV.

 

The house is suitable for 12 people, with 12 full beds. The layout looks like this:

Level -1:

 

  • Bedroom 1: bedroom with 1 double bed (200 x 220) + 1 bunk bed (2 single beds 90 x 200)

  • Bathroom 1: ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, sink and toilet

  • Bedroom 2: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200)

  • Bathroom 2: separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

  • Bedroom 3: bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), but this can be made into a double bed (180 x 200) depending on your wishes.

Level 0:

 

  • Large fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, oven, combi oven, induction hob and dishwasher. In the utility room you will find a washing machine, dryer and freezer.

  • Large dining room adjacent to the kitchen with 18 seats

  • Large terrace adjacent to the kitchen with 18 seats

  • Bedroom 4: 1 bedroom with fixed double bed (160 x 200)

  • Bathroom 3:  ensuite bathroom to bedroom 4 with shower and sink

  • Separate toilet

  • Large living room with lounge and TV corner (equipped with Apple TV, Chromecast and Blue-ray player)

  • Lounge terrace overlooking the pool

Level 1:

 

  • Bedroom 5: bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), but this can be made into a double bed (180 x 200) depending on your wishes.

  • Bathroom 4: separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

  • Roof terrace with a view of the surrounding area

Pool level:

 

  •   Swimming pool: 8x4 m pool heated by solar energy

  •   Bathroom 5: separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

  •   Bar area with fridge and sink

  •   8 sunbeds

  •   Shadow screens

Possibility of a baby bed, high chair, relax, foldable playpen, bath with stand, steps, bed rails, potty and toilet reducer on request.

The house is air-conditioned in the kitchen and living room.  Fans are provided in all bedrooms; which is more than enough in summer to keep the bedrooms cool at night.​​

You can also rent Casa Lukalalo together with Casita Lukalalo, a smaller villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that is located right next to Casa Lukalalo.
