Casita Lukalalo is a characteristic holiday home with its own private pool. This Spanish holiday villa is surrounded by nature and tranquility and has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape. The villa is located just outside the village of Finestrat in Spain, close to Alicante. Ideal for a sun, sea, beach holiday with a touch of culture. But also perfect for people who love peace, walking, cycling or golf.

 

The Casita is a cozy holiday home consisting of a living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the living room, double French doors open onto a covered terrace with lounge set and breathtaking views of the Puig Campana mountain (1410 meters high). The holiday home has spacious terraces for outdoor relaxation and dining. Internet is available with wifi and the TV is equipped with Chromecast and AppleTV.   The kitchen is fully renovated in spring 2022!

 

The house sleeps 4 people, with 4 full-size beds.  An extra bedroom will be added in the winter of 2023-2024, giving us 6 full-size beds.

The current layout is as follows:

• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer combination, combi-oven, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. 

• Living room with dining table for 6 people and sitting area with TV (equipped with Apple TV, Chromecast and Blue-ray player)

• Bedroom 1 with double bed (200x220)

• Bathroom 1: ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, sink and toilet

• Bedroom 2: bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), but this can be made into a double bed (180 x 200) depending on your wishes. 

• Bathroom 2: separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

• Bedroom 3: bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200)

• Covered terrace with lounge set

• Pool: 8x4 m pool heated by solar energy. 

• 4 sunbeds and umbrella available

Possibility of a baby bed, high chair, relax, bath with stand, steps, bed rails, potty and toilet reducer on request.

There is no air conditioning in the house, but fans are provided in all bedrooms.

 

Casita Lukalalo can be rented together with Casa Lukalalo, a larger villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms that is located right next to Casita Lukalalo.
