In the months of November to February casa and casita are not rented out.

 

The rental of Casa and Casita is:

Including:

• Rent of the holiday home

• Personal welcome

• Water / Electricity / Gas

• Beds made on arrival

• Towels: 1 beach towel - 1 large, 1 small towel + kitchen towels

• Baby chair / high chair / baby bed free on request

Exclusive:

• Final cleaning:  

  • House: 350€

  • Casita: 230€

Deposit

• A deposit of 500€ is requested for the Casa, 300€ for the Casita.

• This deposit will be refunded within a week of your stay if no damage has been found.

Rental conditions

• Every reservation request is confirmed by means of a rental agreement that is signed by the tenant and landlord.

• For reservations more than one month before the arrival date, a deposit of 30% is requested, to be paid within 2 weeks after receipt of the reservation confirmation by e-mail.

• The remaining amount plus the deposit must be paid in full no later than 45 days before arrival. For reservations less than 45 days before arrival date, the full rental amount plus the deposit will be requested immediately.

• The amounts to be paid and the payment dates are specified in the booking confirmation.

• If the lessor has not received the amount on the relevant date, the lessor reserves the right to cancel the booking due to non-payment or late payment.  This without claim to refund of the paid advance or without claim to any compensation.

Cancellation policy

The reservation can be cancelled at any time.  Depending on the time of cancellation, the following charges will apply:

For bookings in July and August:

• For cancellation more than 60 days before the start date of the stay: 30% of the total price of the stay

• If cancelled between 60 days and 30 days before the start of the stay: 70% of the total price of the stay

• If cancelled less than 30 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the total price of the stay

For bookings outside July and August

• If cancelled up to 1 day before arrival, the full amount will be refunded.

• If cancelled on the day of arrival, or in case of no-show, nothing can be refunded.

Additional conditions

• Pets are not allowed

• Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.

• In low and mid season, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.  In high season (July and August) a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

• In July and August, arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays.

• Arrival possible from 4 pm.  Departure before 10am on the last day of the stay.
